You must provide originals or certified copies of academic transcripts.

If you would like to follow a specialist path of study (stream), please include details of which stream(s) you are interested in on your application.

Please supply as much information as possible in support of your application. It is often useful for applicants to include their most up to date curriculum vitae, particularly if you are applying for the Masters program. If you have relevant and professional work experience, please enclose documented evidence of this work experience in the form of a letter from your employer on official letterhead, stating the time period over which you were employed and a description of the duties performed.

Please note you do not have to provide your academic transcripts for previous study undertaken at the University of Melbourne.
